OUR STORY
Steve Yaggy started his business out of his home in 1994 with a 1983 freight liner and one end-dump trailer. His business site was in Rochester on the west side of town. Steve Yaggy Trucking, Inc. has grown into 32 trucks, 42 trailers, and 45 employees. We are a locally-owned and operated company that offers a little something extra. We consider ourselves a service organization not just a trucking company. We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations today and every day in the future.
MAKING A DIFFERENCE
In attempt to ease some of the devastation of hurricane Harvey, a group of area business and community members pulled together to make a difference. Larry Kautz, a driver from Pine Island, MN organized collections after witnessing the destruction in person. Food, clothes, cleanup supplies and water were collected to be delivered to Beaumont, TX, an area hard hit by the storm. This effort resulted in three 53-foot semi trucks making the trip. We as a company wanted to be part of this mission, sending a truckload of drinking water. Another Minnesota company generously donated the fuel to cover the loads. It is this level of community and nationwide togetherness that helps give these victims hope for the future.
